Lesson 12: Getting Sellers and Helping them online

Write briefly on stages on how you would approach:
- Recruiting or partnering with associates or agents/salespersons;
- How you will train them using either online or face-to-face means?
- How you will help manage the selling process in terms of either one of or all of the following:
- Helping them get leads; distributing the leads among sellers/agents (e.g. in a sales team);
- Monitoring the leads using online means (using e.g. your couponing system).
- If you don’t have a team, you can discuss this in terms of forming your external broker’s network of independent associate brokers.
