  • Rapportive – a tool that can be used by Gmail users to have more idea about the person sending them a message.

1) Open Lesson # 2 Assignments Document, where you are given 3 scenarios for using tools learned during the webinar.
2) Viewing guide and appointment slip proforma will be used for Scenario B.
3) The  Listing Presentation template in Powerpoint format will be used for Scenario C.
